We’re seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join a collaborative sales operations team on a temporary basis. This role will provide critical support to the team while a senior member is out on leave. The ideal candidate has a background in administration, customer service, or sales support and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Support three Sales Support team members with administrative and operational tasks
- Assist with customer communications, order entry, and documentation
- Help prepare and maintain reports, forms, and sales materials
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of requests and account updates
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer service, and operations teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Background in Administrative Assistance, Customer Service, or Sales Support
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
