Plymouth, MA (Hybrid – onsite Mon–Thurs, remote Fridays)

Schedule: 8 AM – 5 PM

Contract: ~6 months

We’re seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join a collaborative sales operations team on a temporary basis. This role will provide critical support to the team while a senior member is out on leave. The ideal candidate has a background in administration, customer service, or sales support and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support three Sales Support team members with administrative and operational tasks
  • Assist with customer communications, order entry, and documentation
  • Help prepare and maintain reports, forms, and sales materials
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of requests and account updates
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer service, and operations teams

  • Background in Administrative Assistance, Customer Service, or Sales Support
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
