Location: Daresbury
Addison Project Plc is seeking expressions of interest from (PSC) contractors to provide Electrical, Control & Instrumentation Engineering (Electrical bias) services for a period of 6/12 months based in our office in Daresbury.
Services to be provided:
- Site surveys, visits and client meetings
- Electrical, Control & Instrumentation Engineering Design
- Electrical, Control & Instrumentation installation
- Scope of Work documents
- Checking and approval of Engineering Design
- Prepare vendor packs for invitation to tender and vendor liaison
- Technical evaluations of estimates
- Liaise with other disciplines; process, piping, mechanical, civil structural to co‑ordinate requirements for vendor packages and design
- Technical assistance on equipment specifications and compliance of bids
Person specification:
You must possess suitable and relevant qualifications within EC&I, minimum of an HNC preferably a degree. Experience of relevant calculations, problem solving and ensuring projects remain to specification within set timescales and to budget. A good working knowledge of ATEX Directives for selection of electrical equipment in Hazardous Areas would be beneficial. You must have experience attending and representing at Project Meetings with a range of stakeholders. Distribution and motor control experience is desirable as is experience of Pro / Engineer software.
