We are looking for a proactive and friendly School Administrator to help support the smooth running of our school. You will be the go-to person, managing key administrative tasks to ensure the effective operation of the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support safeguarding compliance, including maintaining the Single Central Record and ensuring all staff, visitors and contractors meet safeguarding requirements.
- Provide professional front of house and administrative support, acting as the first point of contact for parents, visitors and external agencies.
- Manage school administration systems including attendance, student records, finance, correspondence and statutory returns.
- Support student welfare, admissions and transitions, including medical needs, first aid, annual reviews and liaison with the School Business Manager.
- Assist with the organization of school events, outings, inventory management and staff wellbeing activities in liaison with the School Business Manager.
Key Requirements
- English and Maths GCSE graded A*-C/9-4 or equivalent.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of other school systems.
- Experience of using Arbor.
