This newly created, highly commercial, Head of Financial Planning & Analysis is your opportunity to add real value in a nationally established, PE backed business with ambitious growth plans.
The Head of FP&A is a critical leadership opportunity, providing actionable financial insights, driving business performance through supporting the key decision-making processes to aid growth. Reporting into the CFO, you will be leading the FP&A team and vital in overseeing the company's financial strategies and objectives.

What will you be doing?
- Develop and execute financial plans, strategies, insights and recommendations to aid business growth
- Financial analysis of performance, trends, opportunities through financial modelling, variances, budgets and forecasts
- M&A activities, capital investment analysis and cost optimisation initiatives
- Lead, mentor and develop the FP&A team, continuously driving processes, procedures and systems to improve efficiencies
Are you the right fit?
- A professionally qualified accountant, ACCA, CIMA or ACA / ICAEW or equivalent
- Robust background in FP&A and management accounts, ideally from a private equity backed business
- A strategic and results focused mentality with previous involvement in key business decisions
- A self-starter, with ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
