This Financial Accountant opportunity based in Coventry delivers great visibility and autonomy as the number two to the Finance Director in the team. Our client is an innovation-focused global manufacturer, and you will support the UK business operations in delivering excellence in financial control.

This all-encompassing role will focus on all areas of financial accounting with a particular emphasis on general ledger accounting, master data management, fixed assets, treasury control and tax matters. It presents an opportunity to become a trusted right-hand to the Finance Director, influence key financial decisions, and build a long-term career within a successful business with international exposure.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in monthly and annual close
  • General Ledger accounting, balance sheet reconciliations and inter-company recharges
  • Handle all treasury functions including cash management, liquidity forecasting, daily
