Role OverviewTake ownership of month-end reporting, management accounts, KPIs and Board packsPartner with operational teams to understand performance and improve profitabilityManage manufacturing costing, production variance and margin analysisOversee inventory controls, reconciliations, stocktakes and valuationLead budgeting, rolling forecasts and scenario modellingCo-ordinate financial controls & reporting, including processes and systemsThe Ideal CandidateA qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, ICAEW, CIMA) with strong experience from a manufacturing, inventory or stock environmentComfortable working alongside operational teams and senior stakeholdersCommercially astute, with an analytical approach to aid operational & business performanceWhat's on OfferA starting salary up to £65,000 per annumFlexible working hours, fully office based with onsite parkingAdditional benefits including pension schemeA commercially focused role with genuine operational influence.
