Responsibilities- Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion
- Take ownership of audit fieldwork, both on-site and in-office
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and their teams
- Prepare audit reports and client deliverables
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Work with a varied portfolio, including large and complex businesses
- ACA or ACCA qualified with post-qualified experience
- Strong audit background within practice
- Confident leading audits and working directly with clients
- Solid understanding of UK GAAP and audit regulations
- Comfortable supervising and developing junior staff
- Commercially aware with a proactive mindset
- £40,000 - £45,000 salary
