Do you enjoy truly supporting and influencing business owners, directly contributing to your clients' growth? As a Senior Business Adviser within this growing accountancy practice, you won’t just manage client relationships - you’ll become their trusted voice, their sounding board, their strategic partner. This Senior Business Adviser opportunity is for someone who enjoys understanding the whole picture - cashflow, profitability, tax strategy, growth plans. You’ll chair meetings, lead conversations, uncover opportunities and genuinely help transform the quality of life for business owners. Role Overview:

  • Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of business clients
  • Fully understand all facets and situations of each business and client, being their advocate within the firm
  • Provide proactive advisory support across tax, performance and growth
  • Chair quarterly and strategic business planning meetings
  • Identify opportunities for additional projects and added value services
  • Liaise closely with tax, accounts and specialist teams to deliver joined-up advice
  • Mentor and develop junior team members into future advisers.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A client focussed and solutions driven approach and mindset - advisory
  • Strong understanding of business models and principles, KPIs, profitability and cashflow drivers
  • Solid tax grounding in Corporation Tax, Personal Tax, CGT, IHT etc
  • Confidence with business and accounting software systems
  • Effective at interpreting and delivering management and accounting reports
  • Natural communicator who enjoys leading meetings and building trust
  • Commercial mindset with the confidence to spot and discuss opportunities
  • Background within accountancy practice and comfortable managing client relationships.
