As Client Manager, you'll take ownership of a varied portfolio of owner-managed businesses and become someone clients genuinely turn to for advice. There's an established team of accounts staff handling much of the day-to-day preparation, giving you more time to review, solve complex issues and have meaningful conversations with business leaders about their businesses and personal tax positions.

Perhaps you're already a Client Manager / Senior Accountant looking for greater flexibility and longer-term progression. Or you're an Accounts Senior or Assistant Manager who knows you're ready for that next step. Either way, there's scope to build a career all the way through to Partner, while working within a practice where flexibility and life outside work are genuinely valued.

The people already working there talk about genuinely enjoying coming to work. They describe a friendly, cooperative team, senior leaders who support them professionally and personally, and flexibility that allows them to fit work around families, hobbies and commitments outside the office. One employee even describes it as the best accountancy practice they've worked for. That says rather more about the culture than another list of corporate values ever could.
