Responsibilities:- Lead on private client tax advisory and compliance work across a diverse portfolio
- Deliver high quality advice covering trusts, IHT, CGT and succession planning
- Support clients with non-resident tax matters and HNWI planning
- Develop and implement effective tax strategies for business owners
- Mentor and support junior team members while contributing to technical excellence
- Stay current with evolving legislation and best practice
- Play an active part in shaping the firm's developing tax advisory function
- A recognised tax qualification is desirable as is a strong technical grounding across personal tax
- Confident advising on trusts, including discretionary and specialist structures
- Skilled in inheritance tax planning and family investment company arrangements
- Strong understanding of capital gains tax and non-resident tax issues
- Comfortable working directly with clients and building long lasting relationships
- Clear communicator with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proactive, organised and commercially aware
- £55,000 to £65,000
- Hybrid working with three office days and two from home
