Our client, a highly respected and well-established manufacturing business, is seeking a hands-on, commercially minded Head of Finance to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, based at their site in Aylesbury. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for all group entities, including international subsidiaries and branch offices across Europe, the USA, and Australia. You will lead a team of five within the UK finance function and work closely with overseas offices to ensure robust financial control and insightful reporting.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparation and review of monthly management accounts
- Management of statutory reporting and taxation across all jurisdictions
- Overseeing the external audit process
- Responsibility for international payrolls
- Annual budgeting and forecasting
- Treasury and cashflow management
- Ensuring robust financial controls and processes
- Supporting commercial and operational decision-making across the business
