Role Overview
- Support a range of tax projects including corporate reorganisations, employee share incentives and incorporations
- Assist in preparing project plans and ensuring delivery aligns with key timelines
- Draft HMRC submissions, clearance applications and liaise with external stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with clients through clear and consistent communication
- Provide practical tax advice, collaborating with senior team members where needed
- Ensure all work meets current legislation and compliance standards.
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong grounding in key tax areas such as Corporation Tax, Restructures, CGT, Income and Employment Tax
- Qualified ACCA, ATT, CTA or equivalent preferred
- Naturally detail-focused with a structured, process-driven approach
- Confident communicator who enjoys working with clients
- Motivated to keep learning and develop deeper technical knowledge.
