Role Overview
  • Prepare financial statements, tax computations, and VAT returns
  • Complete working papers and ensure compliance with relevant standards
  • Review work of less experienced team members and provide feedback
  • Liaise with clients and external bodies such as HMRC
  • Support a wide range of clients across sectors including manufacturing, retail, and professional services
  • Contribute to the smooth running and success of the business services team
The Ideal Candidate
  • Part or fully qualified ACCA/ACA, though AAT or QBE backgrounds also considered
  • Previous experience in a practice environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Confident using Xero, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
  • A proactive, organised team player who enjoys variety and client interaction
