We are looking to recruit a Plant Administrator to join a very busy Plant team operating in a fast paced environment for a construction company.

Responsibilities

  • Process daily office operations for the plant team.
  • Prepare accurate site reports and operational documentation with strong attention to detail.
  • Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems, including confidential and compliance-sensitive documents.
  • Support plant management by preparing senior-level operational documents and reports.
  • Process purchase orders in line with established company procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date regulatory compliance records, including PAT tests, LOLER certificates, and related documentation.
  • Prepare and update materials required for audits and inspections.
  • Collaborate closely with the plant team to support ongoing operational needs.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence professionally, providing excellent communication support.
  • Assist team members with administrative tasks to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Identify areas for administrative process improvements and help implement changes.

  • A Construction and/or Plant background would be ideal but not essential.
