With significant plans for future growth, we have a strong pipeline of work in and around Newcastle and further afield.

We're seeking an organised and proactive Business Support Assistant to keep our Construction Division running smoothly. You'll be the kind of person who takes pride in getting the details right, keeps several plates spinning without dropping any, and brings a calm, can-do attitude to a busy environment. This is an opportunity to play a central role in a growing construction business, working alongside experienced site managers, quantity surveyors and senior stakeholders across the Group. You won't be sitting on the sidelines; you'll be at the heart of how the team operates day to day. You'll gain real insight into how technically demanding projects are delivered, and your work will directly support the people making it happen.

The role will involve a wide range of business support duties, including:

  • Managing documents in SharePoint - updating templates, transferring files and keeping everything organised
