For over 25 years, we have been committed to creating, delivering and managing exceptional places that improve and regenerate areas across the UK. Adderstone Management Limited (AML) provides professional and central support services to the wider Group, including marketing, communications, legal, finance and HR. Our marketing function plays an important role in shaping how we present our projects, people and brand, both internally and externally.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated undergraduate seeking a placement year as part of their degree in marketing, business, communications or a related discipline. You’ll be creative and keen to get stuck in. This is a varied, hands‑on role where no two days are the same, so you should be organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple tasks. More than anything, we’re looking for someone who is eager to learn and contribute. You should be confident communicating with colleagues across different parts of the business and interested in gaining practical, real‑world marketing experience within a fast‑moving property and construction environment.

This is not a placement where you’ll be sitting on the sidelines. You’ll gain genuine responsibility and insight into how marketing supports a diverse Group of companies. You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues across the business and have the opportunity to contribute to live projects, developments and campaigns. From digital content to brand development, you’ll see the direct impact of your work. We take our work seriously, but not ourselves– culture matters to us, and we aim to create an environment where people feel trusted, valued and involved.

Your responsibilities are likely to include:

  • Assisting with the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations and digital content
  • Supporting social media and website updates across the Group
