Joshua Addington is building the next chapter of a career that already has real work behind it β Founder and Director of Adders Entertainment Group, Director of the company's International Film Screenings in Milton Keynes (ODEON Milton Keynes Stadium, 2022) and London (Whirled Cinema, Loughborough Junction), a First-Class BA (Hons) graduate in Acting for Contemporary & , and winner of 'Best Film & TV Teacher 2025' across all Pauline Quirke Academies in England.

- The Money
- Up to 30% commission, no cap β the more you book, the more you earn, with no ceiling on either.
- Paid fast β commission is paid out as soon as it actually lands, every time, no delays A genuine, fast-tracked path to a guaranteed base salary (PAYE), on top of ongoing commission, once your bookings show real consistency β not a vague "someday".
- As we grow: enhanced pension, death-in-service cover for your family, and a discretionary bonus tied to the whole business β built in as we scale, not just promised.
- The Hours
- As little as 1 hour a week to start β fit it around whatever else you've got going on
