We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven New Business Manager to accelerate Addepto's growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our presence in key markets. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and winning new enterprise customers interested in AI, Generative AI, Data Engineering, and Analytics solutions. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and relationship building to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.

In this position, you will:

  • Drive new business growth
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within your assigned region.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of enterprise prospects and strategic accounts.
  • Execute outbound sales strategies using multiple channels, including networking, events, referrals, partnerships, and social selling.
  • Engage C-level executives, business leaders, and technology decision-makers to understand their business challenges and AI ambitions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle.
  • Lead opportunities from initial outreach through discovery, proposal creation, negotiation, and contract signature.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, and Delivery teams to develop compelling client solutions.
  • Present Addepto's AI and data capabilities to prospective customers.
  • Drive accurate forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools.
  • Develop market presence.
  • Represent Addepto at industry conferences, webinars, networking events, and partner initiatives.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across target industries.
  • Identify market trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging customer needs.
  • Contribute to regional go-to-market strategies and growth plans.
  • Work closely with Marketing to execute demand generation activities.
  • Partner with Strategic Alliances teams to leverage technology partnerships for new business opportunities.
  • Ensure smooth handover of closed projects to the Delivery and Customer Success teams.

What you’ll need to succeed in this role:

  • Strong experience in B2B sales, business development, or new business acquisition within consulting, technology services, cloud, AI, or data-related industries.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling complex consulting services, digital transformation projects, cloud solutions, AI, analytics, or software services.
  • Strong ability to engage senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Excellent prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and enterprise sales processes.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
  • Excellent English communication skills (C1+).

  • Experience selling AI, Generative AI, Data Engineering, Analytics, or Cloud solutions.
  • Existing network within enterprise organizations in the region.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, or related technology ecosystems.
