The Role
We are currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Alternatives Data Management (ADM) team. Our team is building AI-powered data products and workflow solutions that unlock transparency, efficiency, and insight in private market investments. You'll join a talented full-stack team of engineers and work on distributed services that are used across the entire ADM engineering stack.

What You'll Do
- Architect, implement, and maintain engineering solutions to solve complex problems; write well-designed, testable code.
- Independently deliver high-value projects from design through delivery.
- Collaborate with product managers on product requirements iterations, design feasibility and user feedback.
- Learn and promote best engineering practices.
- Document software functionality, system design, and project plans.
- Mentor junior engineers, provide clear and constructive guidance
- Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders from other teams to resolve technical issues or coordinate dependencies
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Extensive software engineering experience
- Track record of leading technical initiatives from design through delivery
- Comfortable working independently, with a bias for action
- Strong ownership mentality and drive to solve the most important problems
- Excel at written and verbal communication
- Experience with financial services or wealth management operations
- Experience with object-oriented programming
- Experience with AWS or another cloud platform
- Experience with IaC (infrastructure as code), preferably Terraform
- Experience with gen AI for coding
