b Overview /b p As Market Data Operations Architect, you’ll own the design and governance of market data operations at Addepar. You’ll build and lead a center of excellence, balancing technical integrity with commercial agility. You’ll upskill the team in licensing, data observability, and Addepar’s data management practices. You’ll oversee data access, audit readiness, and vendor evolution, ensuring high data quality and compliant usage. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Design the roadmap for Market Data operations /li li Lead, train, and mentor a high-performing team /li li Own end-to-end data access responsibilities and audit readiness /li li Manage and audit user access to market data and redistribution rules /li li Lead usage audits to licensors ensuring contractual compliance /li li Oversee daily market data pipeline workflows for timely, accurate feeds /li li Enforce data quality checks on FX rates and corporate actions /li li Maintain a Rights Management framework for data usage /li li Define and report KPIs via automated dashboards /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Extensive experience in financial data operations with leadership of teams and process-building /li li Comprehensive knowledge of financial instruments, benchmarks, and data feeds; strong licensing understanding /li li Expert knowledge of redistribution scenarios, restrictions, and client data usage implications /li li Fluent in SQL and data analysis tools to monitor feeds and troubleshoot exceptions /li li Excellent attention to detail with track record in audits and data validation /li li Vendor-specific knowledge (e.g., ICE, Refinitiv, Bloomberg, Morningstar, S P, MSCI) preferred /li /ul ul li Leadership and mentorship /li li Cross-functional collaboration /li li Analytical rigor and attention to detail /li li SQL /li li data analysis tools /li li data pipeline monitoring /li /ul
