The Executive Assistant to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) provides high-impact, strategic administrative support at a late-stage, pre-IPO company. As the CRO’s primary partner, you will play a critical role in managing executive priorities, coordinating complex client-facing schedules, and ensuring effective communication across a rapidly evolving global organisation. This role requires a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance technical administrative excellence with a high degree of client-first emotional intelligence.

You will serve as a trusted liaison between the CRO and internal teams, global clients, and external partners, acting as a force multiplier for the CRO’s leadership and impact. You will maximise the effectiveness, leverage, and operating cadence of the CRO by managing priorities, orchestrating global stakeholder engagement, and ensuring flawless execution across internal and external commitments. This is far more than a traditional Executive Assistant role. It is an opportunity to operate at the heart of a high-growth global revenue organisation spanning enterprise clients, board-level stakeholders, and cross-functional executive leadership. What You’ll Own

  • Own the CRO’s calendar as a strategic asset, ensuring time is allocated to the highest-value opportunities, decisions, and relationships.
  • Anticipate competing priorities and proactively optimise schedules, focus time, and travel.

Global Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a trusted point of coordination between the CRO and senior internal leaders, customers, investors, and board stakeholders.
  • Ensure communication is timely, polished, and aligned.

Revenue Operating Rhythm

  • Help run the cadence of the global revenue organisation, including leadership meetings, QBRs, pipeline reviews, planning sessions, and offsites.
  • Track decisions, actions, and accountability through to completion.

Executive Communications

  • Prepare high-quality briefs, presentations, talking points, and meeting materials for internal leadership, clients, and board audiences.
  • Use AI tools and productivity platforms to increase speed and quality.
