The Role

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Recruiting Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for those looking to grow their career in Talent Acquisition. You will help deliver a smooth and efficient recruitment process across all hiring, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for candidates throughout their journey. What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stages, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and internal stakeholders to deliver a high‑quality candidate experience across experienced hire and early career hiring.
  • Support onsite and virtual interviews and related recruitment activities for our UK office and other global locations.
  • Maintain accurate records in Greenhouse (ATS) and provide general recruitment administrative support.
  • Ensure recruitment processes are organized, compliant, and run efficiently.
  • Work primarily within UK hours, with occasional flexibility to collaborate with hiring teams in the US and India.

Who You Are

  • Previous Experience: You don’t need prior experience as an administrator, but you should have 1–2 years’ experience in a professional environment such as retail, hospitality, office support, or customer service.
  • Communication Skills: You communicate clearly and professionally in writing and are comfortable engaging with colleagues at all levels of the business.
  • Tech Savvy: You are confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and quick to learn new systems and tools.
  • Attention to Detail: You take care to get things right, spotting errors and double‑checking details such as dates and scheduling information before confirming.
