The Role

You’ll help Product Operations leverage AI to change how we manage information and take action. You will improve our ability to measure our impact in accelerating the building of features, products, and solutions. This will lead to better, scaled customer experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Improve how a Global Organization identifies customer problems, creates, commercializes and operates AI, Data, and Software solutions.
  • Work with stakeholders to design Initiatives and Projects that you will own.
  • Design SMART goals and associated metrics.
  • Improve Product lifecycle and Software development practices.
  • Work with Financial Products Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds, Alternative Investments.
  • Improve how we serve our Customer Segments Wealth Management Firms Institutional Investors.

Who You Are

While it’s helpful to know Financial Services, and more specifically Wealth Management, it isn’t required. You must be willing to learn all aspects of our business, financial products, product development, and business strategy. You’re a problem solver with an experimentation mindset. You’ve proven an ability to learn rapidly and you have a desire to teach others. The proof could be a Graduate Degree in a technical or research discipline, having worked as a Consultant, or having a couple of years of experience as a Data Analyst or Software Engineer, working with customers or internal stakeholders using data to understand what’s happening. The important thing isn't the job title, it’s your mindset.

Must Haves

  • Analytical and Problem solving mindset.
  • Comfortable interacting with stakeholders to decompose abstract problems into experiments.
  • SQL expertise.
  • Prior Software or Data Engineering experience.

Nice to Haves

  • Consulting Experience.
  • Proficiency with Ai Tools (specifically Claude), Experience using ML/Ai techniques.
  • Experience with Data Lake platforms Databricks (preferred), Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, BigQuery or Microsoft Fabric.
  • Experience with Figma, Canva, Lucid etc, or other Design Mocking or Prototyping tools.
  • Computer Science, Operations Research, Economics, Statistics, or similar engineering background.
  • Experience in Financial Services and especially in Wealth Management.
