We are currently seeking a staff software engineer to join the Alternatives Data Management (ADM) team. Our team is building AI-powered data products and workflow solutions that unlock transparency, efficiency, and insight in private market investments You’ll join a talented full-stack team of engineers and work on distributed services that are used across the entire ADM engineering stack Own the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-month initiatives within ADM, including work that spans team boundaries. Anticipate risks and unblock dependencies before they become delivery blockers Lead technical designs for new products and workflow solutions, aligned with ADM and Addepar’s longer-term strategy. Solicit feedback and build consensus Write exemplary, highly performant, and scalable code and frameworks Evangelize and promote best engineering practices Serve as a primary technical point of contact.
