The Role
You’ll lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle — from strategy and roadmap planning to execution and iteration. As the key link between Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Sales, you’ll ensure seamless alignment, visibility, and delivery across all product lines. You’ll be both strategic and hands‑on, bringing clarity, structure, and energy to our product operations while guiding our AI‑driven innovations to market.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Product Roadmap: Define, prioritize, and communicate a clear vision across all product lines.
- Align Cross‑Functional Teams: Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across global teams.
- Champion Product Execution: Ensure consistent, predictable, and high‑quality releases.
- Be the Product Expert: Deeply understand our technology, architecture, and customer needs.
- Gather Feedback & Drive Improvement: Translate insights from customers and internal teams into actionable priorities.
- Monitor Success: Define and track KPIs around adoption, performance, and quality.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally across multiple product lines or complex software ecosystems.
- Proven success delivering enterprise software from concept to market.
- Strong roadmap planning, coordination, and execution skills.
- Skilled in Agile methodologies and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and analytical abilities.
- Deep understanding of software development processes and product architecture.
- Fluent in English (Spanish or Portuguese a plus).
