A SaaS start-up that sells an AI tool into the recruitment industry is on the hunt for their first Demand Generation & Marketing hire off the back of an incredible 2024. Their tool automates all back & mid-office activities, saving firms heaps of money, time and ensures complete efficiency and accuracy. The tool works so well that two of their customers have actually decided to invest in the business! After a rebrand and tonnes of commercial success, they need their first in-house marketing hire to take over all things strategy and execution.

The Role

  • They are looking for someone with aspirations of being a CMO, and are initially willing to get stuck into demand generation and field marketing, with an additional focus on strategy and the broader picture.
  • Create a data-driven go-to-market demand generation strategy on a global scale (UK/US focus).
  • Oversee SEO, content marketing, email, blogs, ABM campaigns, in-person community events, LinkedIn content and other growth initiatives.
  • Take over all processes from demand generation and field marketing, and be a connector of external marketing, internal marketing and sales.
  • Work closely with the sales team to maximise impact.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Track results and ultimately drive revenue.

  • Experienced marketer with a generalised approach.
  • Ability to create broader marketing strategies and a willingness to execute on them.
  • Data and results-driven.
  • Experience working in a SaaS environment.
  • Ideally experience working in a start-up with leaner budgets, or a willingness to be in this type of environment.
