A SaaS start-up that sells an AI tool into the recruitment industry is on the hunt for their first Demand Generation & Marketing hire off the back of an incredible 2024. Their tool automates all back & mid-office activities, saving firms heaps of money, time and ensures complete efficiency and accuracy. After a rebrand and tonnes of commercial success, they need their first in-house marketing hire to take over all things strategy and execution. They are looking for someone with aspirations of being a CMO, and are initially willing to get stuck into demand generation and field marketing, with an additional focus on strategy and the broader picture. Create a data-driven go-to-market demand generation strategy on a global scale (UK/US focus) Oversee SEO, content marketing, email, blogs, ABM campaigns, in-person community events, LinkedIn content and other growth initiatives. Take over all processes from demand generation and field marketing, and be a connector of external marketing, internal marketing and sales. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
