The Company is reinventing the way businesses reward, engage and recognise their employees through a platform that puts people at its heart. After being set up by an impressive founder who exited their first business at just 18 years old, and their Head of Sales coming from a huge wellbeing-tech business, they have taken on their first 2 SDRs and are looking for 1 more. The current team are smashing targets, so this is a great time to join on a wave of success.

The Roles: They are looking for an SDR to join them in their London office, and can offer quick progression through the business. You will:

  • Generate leads through calling, emails, videos and social selling
  • Identify ideal customers
  • Speak with HR and People leaders using a consultative sales process
  • Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly targets
  • Book qualified product demos for the Head of Sales to complete

Who You Are:

  • Experience as an SDR or BDR within software or transferable sales experience (recruitment)
  • A genuine passion for helping customers find the right solutions
  • Curious and consultative in your sales approach
  • Target-driven and tenacious
  • MEDDIC or MEDDPICC sales methodology (ideal but not mandatory)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial and willing to join a budding start-up
