This start-up is on a mission to transform advisory service firms, using an AI Agentic SaaS platform to revolutionise the way that advice is delivered. They ensure that opportunities are never missed, give advisors the infrastructure to be proactive in their work, and allows firms to scale without having to just grow headcount. The solution is disrupting the industry, and they are looking for a top performing SDR to join them.

You'll make an impact from day 1, and you'll be involved in the excitement of a budding start-up that is heavily backed, with incredible leadership and growth opportunities.

This isn't a typical SDR role, this is right for someone who thrives in the unknown, and who wants to join a business at a really crucial stage of growth.

The Role

  • Reach out to senior decision makers across accountancy & tax, insurance and HR firms
  • Cold calling, email campaigns and LinkedIn messaging that cuts through the noise
  • Test messages and iterate
  • Generate qualified meetings
  • Work closely with marketing and other commercial team members
  • A real focus on quality conversations rather than just hitting activity metrics

Who You Are

  • 1-3 years B2B SaaS SDR experience
  • Ideally experience in a start-up or scale-up environment
  • Sold into UK markets, ideally professional services or regulated industries
  • Consultative sales approach that cares about the end result, rather than just activity
  • Autonomous
  • Hunter mentality - real drive to make an impact
  • Strong communicator and confident using AI tools
