As a cross-sell Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in identifying and following up on new opportunities within our existing customer base, as well as net new to our partners.
What you\βll be doing
- Proactively follow up and source potential cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base as well as position our value proposition to prospects, analysing usage patterns and partner needs.
- Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with new and existing partners, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor on our portfolio of products.
- Manage and update pipeline opportunities in the CRM, ensuring accurate and timely records of interactions and progress toward cross-sell targets.
- Host online presentations and demonstrations on the breadth of our products and services.
Your Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, specifically in an outbound sales role.
- Strong IT skills with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport easily.
- Strong work ethic and target-driven.
- Keen to learn about the Channel industry with a real can-do attitude.
