A global technology company is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Director to manage and grow a portfolio of large, strategic enterprise customers across the UK. This is a senior commercial role focused on driving revenue growth, expanding product adoption, and building trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow key enterprise accounts, delivering against revenue and retention targets
- Develop strategic account plans and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Build strong relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers
- Lead complex, consultative sales cycles across multiple products and services
- Manage renewals, negotiations, and long-term commercial agreements
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales, product, and customer success teams
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management
Experience & Skills
- Proven experience managing large enterprise customers in the technology sector
- Strong track record of growing revenue within existing accounts
- Comfortable engaging and influencing C-level executives
