This is a unique opportunity for an experienced SDR/BDR who wants to move into a full-cycle role quickly.
The Role
- They are looking for a Senior SDR or Junior Account Executive to join them in their London office, and can offer quick progression through the business.
- Generate leads through calling, emails, videos and social selling.
- Identify ideal customers.
- Speak with HR and People leaders using a consultative sales process.
- Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly targets.
- Work closely with the Head of Sales to manage the full sales cycle.
- Run SMB deals yourself from the get-go, and be trained to manage bigger deals over time.
Who You Are
- Experience as an SDR or BDR within software or transferable sales experience (recruitment) OR someone with some experience managing a full sales cycle.
- A genuine passion for helping customers find the right solutions.
- Curious and consultative in your sales approach.
- Target-driven and tenacious.
- MEDDIC or MEDDPICC sales methodology (ideal but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial and willing to join a budding start-up.
