We are a fast-growing B2B SaaS company building data and AI infrastructure that helps organisations collect, manage, and report complex enterprise data at scale. Our platform centralises validated, auditable data and powers AI-driven workflows that improve efficiency, compliance, and decision‑making. We are now scaling our inbound growth engine to match the strength of our product and accelerate pipeline growth.
You will own the inbound growth engine end-to-end. Your remit spans positioning, SEO, GEO, Google Ads, demand generation, and marketing budget ownership. This is not a channel execution role—you will design a unified system that turns ICP awareness into a measurable pipeline, working closely with sales and owning performance. You will report directly to the CEO, set your own priorities, and operate as an AI‑native marketer using modern tooling and automation as core infrastructure. You will be accountable for ROI on every pound spent.
What you’ll own:
- Positioning and messaging across multiple enterprise buyer personas
- Lead SEO, GEO, content, and Google Ads as core growth channels
- Run demand generation across paid social, ABM, partnerships, and webinars
- Work closely with sales to build and refine the pipeline together
- Manage agencies and hold them accountable to performance
- Own marketing budget allocation and ROI
- Run structured growth experiments and scale what works
- Build efficient systems across CRM, attribution, and automation tools
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS growth, demand gen, or performance marketing
- Proven ownership of budget or revenue outcomes
- Strong track record of measurable pipeline impact
- AI‑native workflow using LLMs + automation tools (e.g. Zapier/Make/n8n)
- Strong editorial judgement and ability to refine AI‑generated content
- Experience working closely with sales on pipeline generation
- Clear communication and structured thinking
What we offer:
- Direct ownership with CEO access
- Equity in a high‑growth SaaS company
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Pension + learning & development budget
- Hybrid working (2 days in the London office, 3 flexible)
- High‑craft environment focused on real commercial impact
Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days in office)
Reporting to: CEO & Co-Founder
Experience: 5+ years preferred (flexible for exceptional candidates)
