OEM Specialist – Enterprise Account Executive
Role Summary
We’re looking for a highly motivated and engaging Senior Account Executive to join our fledgling Business Development team focusing on new business acquisition in OEM and Remote Access space.
We see a significant opportunity for outbound activities targeting new logos and in the whitespace of existing accounts, to run alongside our existing, successful inbound and resale operations.
This is a global 360 sales role, with multiple prongs of potential revenue from exciting new products and industries, therefore offering scope for unlimited pipeline.
As a result, you must be able to accurately book, manage and close prospective and existing customers. You will need to understand the pipeline being built inside and out and work closely with the Marketing and Channel teams to further enhance the quality of leads received.
This is a dynamic sales team working towards realistic sales targets with an uncapped commission structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Representing RealVNC’s products and services professionally and knowledgable
- Researching accounts, identifying key players, generating interest and developing accounts to stimulate opportunities
- Opening and closing a mix of mid and enterprise opportunities.
- Supporting Marketing and ABM campaigns and prospect into target Companies
- Ensuring data is clean, accurate and up to date in the CRM
- Actively building pipeline alongside marketing and the channel and ensuring high quality customer acquisition
- Providing accurate sales forecasting
- Staying aware of product updates and refining technical understanding
- Building awareness on special projects or events
- Developing new opportunities in enterprise accounts and selling to OEM customers and prospects (e.g. HP, UI Path, Motorola, Zscaler etc.)
- Driving revenue expansion within existing customers
Accountabilities
- Be responsible for consultative solution selling, win new enterprise accounts and grow existing business with RealVNC’s solutions to meet and exceed revenue and profit targets.
- Establish and nurture strong relations with enterprise customers and key decision-makers, prepare masterful client presentations and run effective meetings.
- Apply both tactical and strategic go to market models aimed at growing the customer base both in the short and long terms – drive higher revenues, customer growth and customer retention.
- Propel the RealVNC brand with customers, prospects as well as partners through participation and exposure at various industry events.
- Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast process, including pipeline analysis, data validation and identify gaps and actions required. Collaborate across all internal teams and resources to ensure you bring the best solution to our clients.

- 5+ years of Software Sales Experience with New Business
