Their tools have helped companies save heaps of money and time, and they're taking the market by storm.

Starting in the UK, they've already opened their first international office in the States due to increasing demand, and now need to grow their BA & PM team due to an influx of new clients.

Business Analyst / Project Manager

The team are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager to join.

You will play a critical role in the successful delivery of AI & Automation projects and ensuring a smooth software implementation experience for our clients.

You'll be responsible for the whole project lifecycle, focusing on requirements gathering, drawing out process flow maps and managing internal and external stakeholders, right through to testing and handover to customer care.

Key Responsibilities

You'll be responsible with supporting new customers in the onboarding and software implementation process.

We need someone who can understand technical requirements, draw process flow maps and is comfortable working with clients who may be non-technical.

  • Client relationship management & understanding client needs.
  • Manage client expectations effectively.
  • Requirements gathering and analysis, & creating clear specifications.
  • Drawing out process flow maps and workflows.
  • Managing project scope and schedule.
  • Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise the impact of risks.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders to ensure the project is moving along.
  • Manage project scope, schedule and budget. Conduct regular status reviews with stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Business Analyst experience.
  • Client facing experience.
  • Experience with requirement facilitation and process flow mapping.
  • Ideally experience working on bespoke projects/products, rather than just configuration-based.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with remote teams.

Desired but Non-essential Skills and Experience

  • Background in Recruitment Staffing
  • Knowledge of RPA technologies and tools.
