We've just received a recruitment project with a fast-growing SaaS company within the payments space. If you're looking to join a start-up that is already being well recognised in the space due to their product-market fit, this could be for you.
The Company
They aim to simplify and streamline payments operations for banks, focusing on fraud recovery, dispute management and scheme compliance. In just a few years of selling, they've attracted a solid client base, partnered with Visa Fintech and have raised their Series A funding.
Having onboarded their first few senior salespeople (who are smashing it already!), it's the time to continue their growth.
Account Executive
They're looking for seasoned Account Executives to capitalise on their success in both their Mid-Market and Enterprise teams.
- Managing a full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to close.
- Managing complex deal cycles, often with large enterprise customers with many stakeholders
- Meeting your annual quota and monthly / quarterly targets
- Speaking with key decision makers in businesses within the payments ecosystem (Tier 1 Banks, Financial Institutions etc)
- Attending networking/industry events
Requirements
- 3-8 years experience in enterprise SaaS sales
- Ideally experience within payments, otherwise enterprise SaaS
- Experience selling complex solutions to large organisations
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle
- New business hunter mentality
- Ideally experience working in a start-up/early-stage environment
- High energy & a team player
