This well renowned Manufacturing Company is looking to recruit a Quality Manager to assist the successful team in coping with an ever increasing demand of their services. The role includes:
- Lean Manufacturing of 6 sigma training (5S, OEE, QCO, RCPS)
- Working within an ISO 9001 lean manufacturing environment
- Ensuring Company quality systems are adhered to at all times
- Preparation and review of Non-conformance Reports
- Maintaining calibration records
- Monitoring quality related shop floor activities
- Verifying traceability of components is maintained throughout all manufacturing and inspection operations
- Recording returned and reworked items on non-conformances
- Visually inspecting components
