Compensation & Working Hours

  • Base salary: Β£65,000 – Β£75,000 (depending on experience)
  • Working days: Monday to Friday
  • Holiday entitlement: 25 days + Bank holidays
  • Benefits: Pension, Life Assurance, Car Allowance

Responsibilities

  • Completion of tenders and project enquiries.
  • Preparation of tender packages to suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Liaison with clients, consultants and their representatives.
  • Site visits to enable successful tender submission.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience as a Mechanical Estimator from a Building Services background ESSENTIAL
