About the Role

Our fast-growing property management and lettings client is looking for a Tenancy Progressor to join their Manchester office and take ownership of the tenancy process from offer stage through to move-in. They manage a large portfolio of residential rental properties and pride themselves on delivering a professional, compliant and well-organised service for both landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full tenancy progression process from offer agreed to move-in
  • Prepare tenancy agreements, guarantor forms and pre-tenancy documents
  • Coordinate referencing, Right to Rent checks and ID verification
  • Oversee deposit collection, protection and registration
  • Ensure all compliance documentation is correctly issued (e.g. safety certificates and legal documents)
  • Maintain accurate tenancy records across internal systems
  • Communicate with tenants, landlords and internal teams throughout the process
  • Work closely with property management to ensure inventories and pre-tenancy works are completed
  • Escalate any compliance, referencing or financial issues where necessary

About You

  • Experience in tenancy progression, lettings administration or residential property
  • Understanding of UK lettings compliance
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident and professional communicator
  • Able to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with property management systems is desirable but not essential
