Role Overview

Location: Elstree Way, Borehamwood, United Kingdom - Based in the office 5 days a week

Industry: Property Support and Customer Service

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Handle daily customer service routines, including managing support tickets, responding to queries, and overseeing contract and risk management tasks efficiently.
  • Act as the first point of contact by answering calls, replying to emails, and managing postal correspondence with professionalism.
  • Support contract development activities, ensuring tendering, implementation, and record-keeping are accurate and up to date.
  • Assist in risk management processes, ensuring actions are uploaded and resolved promptly.
  • Manage various communication channels, responding promptly and empathetically to customer and contractor inquiries.
  • Address financial questions raised by customers or contractors and ensure clear, accurate responses.
  • Review legal documents and assist with their completion as required.
  • Liaise with clients, outgoing agents, internal teams, and other key stakeholders to maintain smooth communication flow.
  • Contribute to enhancing the customer experience through diligent and empathetic support.
  • Keep tracking systems current and accurate to support process efficiency.
