What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and manage on-site teams including concierge, security, and amenities staff - a total of 10 people.
- Oversee the resident journey from move-in onwards, ensuring service excellence and engagement.
- Plan and deliver community events and initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction.
- Support ongoing asset management, ensuring contracts, risk, and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently.
- Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met across the site.
- Manage contractor relationships and soft services such as landscaping, cleaning, and site maintenance.
- Assist with financial management, including service charge budgets and expenditure reporting.
- Recruit, train, and develop your team, handling performance, holidays, and payroll.
- Conduct regular site inspections and take action to resolve any issues.
