  • Maintain a visible and approachable presence throughout the site.

Operational Support

  • Assist with the smooth day-to-day operation of the development.
  • Support the onboarding and handover of new phases within the development.
  • Liaise with residents, contractors and internal teams to ensure service standards are maintained.
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems as required.
  • Support compliance, health & safety and risk management processes across the site.

Health & Safety

  • Help maintain a safe environment for residents, visitors and colleagues.
  • Carry out routine checks and inspections in line with site procedures.
  • Report any concerns, incidents or maintenance issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance records and documentation are maintained accurately.

Teamwork & Communication

  • Work closely with the wider site and management team.
  • Demonstrate a proactive and flexible approach to supporting colleagues.
  • Contribute positively to the overall resident experience and community atmosphere.
