What You’ll Bring To The Table
- Conduct comprehensive residential property valuations in accordance with RICS standards.
- Prepare detailed reports for clients, including mortgage lenders, investors, and developers.
- Manage client relationships and provide expert advice on property values and market trends.
- Stay up to date with changes in legislation, market conditions, and valuation techniques.
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For
- MRICS or FRICS 5 years PQE.
- Proven experience in residential and commercial valuations.

- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for site inspections when required.
