We are currently recruiting for an award-winning Property Management company for the role of Resident Manager. What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide leadership and direction to concierge, security, and amenities teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Oversee the entire resident journey from move-in, creating a seamless and positive living experience.
  • Plan and execute community events and engagement initiatives to foster a vibrant residential environment.
  • Support estate mobilisation while managing contracts, compliance, and operational risk.
  • Oversee team recruitment, training, performance management, and payroll administration.
  • Collaborate with contractors and key stakeholders to maintain high service standards across the estate.

Main Skills/Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Resident Manager, Block Manager, or similar role within property management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale residential estates with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Holds a full, clean UK driving licence - this is a mandatory requirement for the role.
