We are currently looking for a Block Manager to join a leading Block Management company! The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of residential blocks, ensuring that properties are maintained to the highest standards while providing excellent customer service to residents and stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring To The Table
- Manage a portfolio of residential blocks, ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and legal requirements.
- Oversee property maintenance and repair works, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Prepare and manage service charge budgets, keeping accurate records of all expenditures.
- Ensure that all property insurance, certifications, and compliance checks are up to date.
Skills Experience We’re Looking For
- Certification in Block Management (e.g., TPI, IRPM).
- Proven experience in managing residential properties or blocks.
- Strong understanding of property management legislation, including health and safety, and leasehold regulations.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
