Working with highly respected government and intelligence stakeholders, they are experiencing an exciting period of expansion and are looking to strengthen their operational support function with the addition of an Office Manager / Executive Assistant.

The Opportunity

This role combines traditional Office Management responsibilities with high-level Executive Assistant support to the CEO and CFO. The successful candidate will become a trusted partner to the leadership team, ensuring the smooth operation of the office while helping to manage busy schedules, events, meetings, and business priorities.

The position would suit an organised, proactive, and ambitious individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop alongside a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated support to the CEO and CFO, managing complex diaries and schedules.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and business events.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and meeting documentation.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with prioritisation of tasks and ensure leadership team commitments are effectively managed.
  • Support attendance at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities when required.

Office Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the London office.
  • Ensure office facilities are maintained to a high standard.
  • Manage office supplies, stock levels, and supplier relationships.
  • Coordinate visitors, meetings, and hospitality arrangements.
  • Support onboarding activities for new employees.
  • Help foster a positive and professional office environment during a period of significant company growth.

About You

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or similar business support role.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders or executive teams.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong diary management and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Confident working in a fast-moving and evolving environment.
