Add Property is seeking an expert HR Policy Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of People Policies across the UK, ROI, Channel Islands and Isle of Man. You will ensure policies remain compliant, commercially effective, and aligned with the People Strategy while partnering with senior stakeholders to drive governance and change initiatives.
