- Overseeing completions, system updates (Qube), resident registrations, and recordâkeeping.
- Handling financial tasks including invoicing, payments, refunds, and finance packs.
- Supporting company secretarial duties and maintaining accurate registers.
- Assisting with contract and risk management processes, ensuring compliance.
- Preparing clear written communications and liaising with stakeholders to deliver excellent service.
