What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the General Manager with the smooth, day-to-day running of a large, high-spec residential estate.
- Leading a team of 10 across cleaning, housekeeping, waste and maintenance, ensuring consistent excellence.
- Managing budgets, cost control and key performance metrics to keep operations on track.
- Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training and performance reviews for all on-site staff.
- Taking responsibility for PPMs, compliance and Health & Safety, including site access management.
- Acting as a key point of communication for residents, contractors and suppliers.
- Managing supplier relationships and ensuring all service partners meet super-prime standards.
- Producing clear operational reporting using Excel for KPIs, budget tracking and analysis.
Main Skills Needed:
- Strong team leadership in a residential, hotel or facilities environment.
- Experience managing budgets, KPIs and operational performance.
- Confident in Health & Safety, compliance and risk management.
- Skilled in stakeholder communication, from residents to contractors.
