As a Legal Administrator – Property Management, you will be the person in charge of keeping the legal and compliance wheels turning smoothly — from supporting transactions to managing leasehold obligations and resident matters. You’ll be a key link between solicitors, leaseholders, and internal teams, ensuring everything is delivered accurately and on time.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer, contractor, and solicitor enquiries.
  • Managing pre‑contract and due diligence queries, supporting property sales and transfers.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and issuing legal documents (Deeds, Certificates, Consents, Lease Extensions).
  • Overseeing completions, system updates (Qube), resident registrations, and record‑keeping.
  • Handling financial tasks including invoicing, payments, refunds, and finance packs.
  • Supporting company secretarial duties and maintaining accurate registers.
  • Assisting with contract and risk management processes, ensuring compliance.
  • Preparing clear written communications and liaising with stakeholders to deliver excellent service.

Main Skills Needed

  • Background in property management or block management is desired.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle queries empathetically and professionally.
  • Confident in managing financial and legal documentation.
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills — written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of tasks.
